«Look out the window» is one of those projects which only seem easy. Usually it means that challenges will be different from those you expect. The biggest challenge of this project was not to make it similar to YouTube, because the core of the interface is a horizontal video.
In the end of the day I gave it an old poster vibe, because I was inspired by the slogan in the title: look out the window, go!
My favorite part of it is how the active video shown. I didn't want to add any new UI elements like outlines and markers, and wanted to keep it very simple.
